Delivery
- We process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
- Transit times may vary depending on the destination. For orders to the USA, delivery typically takes around 7 days.
We intend to deliver your order within 7 days from the order's date.
Yes, you can track your order. You’ll receive an e-mail from our end providing you with a serial tracking number or a tracking link to know the status of your order. In case you need any assistance tracking your order, visit the Contact us page for help.
Returns

Once we've received your order, it can take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. You'll receive an e-mail notification as soon as this refund has been issued.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We always aim to deliver products in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will help you resolve the issue.
If you received the wrong product:
- If you received an incorrect product, color, or size, we will assist you in exchanging it for the correct one.
If you received a damaged product:
You have two options for a damaged item:
1. Return for a full refund:
- Email us a photo of the damaged product.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once we inspect the product, you’ll receive a full refund within 7 working days.
2. Replace with a fresh product:
- Ship the damaged item back to us.
- We will inspect it and send you a replacement within 7 working days.
Shipping Allowance:
- As we do not currently offer reverse pick-up, you will need to return the product to the address provided.
- We will reimburse up to $10 for shipping costs (receipt required).

Placing an order
To process the cancellation of an already placed order, we have a short grace period from placing the order till shipping the order. This means you can cancel the placed order anytime before receiving the shipping and tracking details. Please note, that we do not accept cancellation requests after the order has been shipped.
If you need any assistance in cancelling your order, call our Customer Service (Customer care number) team and we'll see what we can do.
We allow modifications to your order in the following situations:
- If you want to add a product to your order
- If you need to exchange the size or color of a product
- If you need to modify the shipping address
To modify your order under these circumstances, simply email us at info@worldofhappybay.com. We’ll do our best to assist you with modifying your order before it’s shipped.
Please note, we offer a short grace period between placing the order and shipping it, during which modifications can be made. You can request changes anytime before you receive your shipping and tracking details. Unfortunately, we cannot accept modification requests once the order has been shipped.
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so we are unable to modify any orders after they’ve been placed.
