Refund & Returns Policy

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, we’re here to help!

How to return an item:

  1. Notify us by emailing info@worldofhappybay.com.
  2. Please include your order number, the items you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

Free Returns (USA Orders): For all orders delivered within the United States, returns are free. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a gift card.

Returns for EU Customers: If you purchased the item within the European Union, please return it to the following address:

Returns for Non-EU Customers: For items purchased outside the European Union, return them to:

Return Shipping: Please send a photo of your shipping receipt to info@worldofhappybay.com. We’ll reimburse you for the return shipping cost along with your refund. Please note, if free shipping didn’t apply to your original order, shipping costs won’t be refunded.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. If you’d like to receive a store credit instead of a refund, the return period extends to 60 days.

Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original labels and tags attached. Please note that underwear, boxers, and swim shorts cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Exchanges: If you want to exchange an item for a different product or size, you’ll need to return your original order and place a new one. You may choose to receive store credit to use towards the new item. If you opt for store credit, you’ll have 60 days to return the item.

Wrong or Damaged Items: If you received a wrong or damaged item, please send a picture to info@worldofhappybay.com. We will send you the correct item if available and provide you with a return label for the incorrect item.
